Glen Rosenberg, Esq. - Partner
Mr. Rosenberg received his Bachelor or Arts degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in 1973 and his Juris Doctor from Valley University School of Law in 1977. He has practiced workers' compensation law exclusively for more than 30 years, representing self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and businesses in all aspects of workers' compensation defense, including Labor Code 132a claims, Serious and Willful misconduct allegations, and coverage matters. Over the course of his career, he has developed a reputation for strategic advocacy and a comprehensive understanding of the complex issues facing employers and insurers. Outside of his practice, Mr. Rosenberg enjoys playing tennis, attending concerts and Broadway productions, and spending quality time with his grandchildren.

Jon Yudin, Esq. - Partner
Mr. Yudin attended Long Island University where he received his undergraduate degree, and received his Juris Doctor from Valley University School of Law in 1977. For more than twenty years, he has represented self-insureds, insurance carriers, and employers in all aspects of Workers' Compensation defense, including Labor Code 132a and Serious and Willful claims. Prior to focusing his practice on administering the Monterey and Salinas District Attorney Offices in Monterey County, experience which provided him with a strong foundation in litigation and case management. Mr. Yudin is a Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist, recognized for his depth of knowledge and advocacy on behalf of his clients. Outside of his legal practice, Jon enjoys spending time with his family and can often be found attending his grandchildren's sporting events, where he takes great pride in supporting their activities.

Margo Riviera-Myers, Esq. - Partner
Mrs. Riviera-Myers received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis and her Juris Doctor degree from The University of LaVerne College of Law in 1992. Before commencing the practice of law, she gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk and hearing representative in the Workers' Compensation field, which provided her with a strong foundation for her career as an attorney. Today, Mrs. Riviera-Myers represents self-insureds, insurance carriers, and employers in all aspects of Workers' Compensation Defense, including 132a and Serious and Willful claims, and she is recognized as a Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist. With decades of experience, she is dedicated to providing thorough, effective and strategic representation of her clients. Beyond her legal practice, Mrs. Riviera-Myers leads an active and family-centered life; she enjoys running, wakeboarding and wake surfing, and especially values time spent with her husband, daughters, grandchildren and her dog, Jaxx.

Jeffrey N. Cohen, Esq. - Partner
Mr. Cohen has been a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation since 2004 and has been practicing in the Workers’ Compensation defense field as an attorney since 1994. Before earning his Juris Doctor from Glendale College of Law in 1994, Mr. Cohen worked as a claims examiner. He received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge. Currently, Mr. Cohen represents employers, self-insureds, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation defense, including Section 132a claims, Serious and Willful Misconduct claims, and coverage matters. In his spare time, Mr. Cohen enjoys spending time with his wife and sons and mentoring student athletes as a high school varsity football coach.

Scott Goldflam, Esq. - Partner
Mr. Goldflam earned his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law in 1991. He has practiced workers' compensation law exclusively, representing self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and businesses in all aspects of workers' compensation defense, including Labor Code 132a and Serious and Willful Misconduct matters. A frequent Lecturer on workers' compensation law, Mr. Goldflam is a Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist and a member of the American Bar Association, the California Lawyers Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his children, hiking, running with his dogs, and skiing.

Greg Tanner, Esq. - Associate
Mr. Tanner has more than 25 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation Law, including 132a and serious and willful representation, doctor depositions, subrogation, and numerous trials. Prior to working for Rosenberg, Yudin, Mr. Tanner was a partner for more than 10 years at a defense firm in Glendale. Apart from Workers’ Compensation, Mr. Tanner has experience in Civil Litigation, Appeals, Writ of Mandamus practice, Personal Injury, Employment Law, and union-side Labor law representing California Peace Officers regarding investigations of misconduct and in numerous governmental Civil Service trials. Mr. Tanner is fluent in Spanish having lived several years in Argentina and having been married for more than 30 years to his Argentinian spouse. Mr. Tanner is also involved in the community and serves as Board Chair for a local charter school. Finally, Mr. Tanner is a member of the California State Bar, the Eastern and Southern US District Courts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Trysten Myers, Esq. - Associate
Trysten earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of California, Riverside, in 2020. She continued her studies at Golden Gate University, securing her Juris Doctor degree in 2023. During her tenure at law school, Trysten volunteered for a women’s employment rights clinic and also a veterans’ legal advocacy clinic. Trysten began her career in the Workers’ Compensation field of law as a law clerk during her summer breaks from college. She enjoys camping, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.

Jason Collier, Esq. - Associate
Mr. Collier earned his undergraduate degree form the University of Alabama in 1993 and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 1997. He has practiced employment and workers' compensation law since 1998, representing self insured employers and insurance carriers in the defense workers' compensation claims, including Labor Code 132a and Serious and Willful misconduct allegations. With more than 25 years of experience, he is also skilled in Alternative Dispute Resolution and has served as a Judge Pro Tempore at several Southern California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board offices. Outside of his practice, Mr. Collier enjoys ballroom dancing and coaching youth soccer.

Sam Lebovitz, Esq. - Associate
Mr. Lebovitz has been a member of the California State Bar since 1976 and is a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law. He began his career in private practice handling civil and applicants' workers' compensation cases before focusing on the defense of public agencies, safety officers, and industrial disability retirements under CalPERS. From 1981 to 2013, he was a partner at Grancell, Lebovitz, Stander & Reubens and also serviced for over 20 years as a legal counsel to the Council of Self-Insured Public Agencies (COSI PA). He later practiced with Shaw, Jacobsmeyer, Crain & Claffey before joining Rosenberg, Yudin LLP. With nearly five decades of experience, Mr. Lebovitz is widely respected for his expertise and long-standing commitment to workers' compensation matters.
